Our new Community Clubhouse!
Dear Kfarsghabi relatives and friends
We hope this email finds you all in good health and spirits.
On behalf of my Committee and myself, it is our great pleasure to inform you all of our recent purchase of 15 Old Prospect Road, South Wentworthville. This property will be used as our new Kfarsghab community clubhouse which will meet our needs. This property consists of two buildings. The first being a small building at the front, which can be used as a kitchen and amenities. The second being a large warehouse at the rear which will be used for parties, meetings and storage.
Whilst we have borrowed some money to acquire this property, this purchase will be self-funded by our investment property at Edgecliff, which we bought in 2017. We will look into plans to do minor renovations in the future, but for now it should serve our community well.
I would like to take this opportunity to publicly acknowledge and thank everyone who has worked hard and donated money to this cause for all these years. It is through everyone’s generous contributions and tireless efforts that have enabled us to be in this great financial position.
We are in the process of organising our first official function at our new home, which will definitely be another milestone to remember in our community’s history. The Association will notify everyone of this event, and we hope you can all be there to share this special evening with us.
